Terrible experience when making online paynent through ewallet. If you accidentally book the wrong date and you wish to cancel, they wont return the miney back, instead they keep your money and you will need to continue booking in the next 30 days or else your money will vanish??!!!!!!!!
Nhân viên không huấn luyện tử tế. Đã dùng 3 ca lẻ, 3 người khác nhau đều rất tệ. Người thì dọn như ko dọn. Người thì trộm đồ. Người thì làm hỏng đồ nhà mình. Trải nghiệm khách hàng rất rất tệ.
Nên có thêm tính năng nhắn tin/ thông tin số điện thoại với nhân viên dọn nhà để có thể trao đổi dễ dàng hơn.
App tiện ích hôm tìm đc cô dọn theo giờ rất ưng thái độ nhã nhặn và kết quả làm việc tốt
